1.准备好所有材料

2.将蛋黄蛋白分开,蛋白用无水无油大碗装

3.将蛋清打发至粗泡

4.加入第一次砂糖,打发至细腻泡沫

5.再加入第二次打发至出现纹路

6.最后一次打发至干性发泡。提起打蛋器时蛋白有垂直的尖角

7.在打发蛋白中加入蛋黄

8.搅拌均匀

9.然后筛入面粉,搅拌均匀

10.将黄油隔水融化

11.融化后加入牛奶

15.将面糊装入裱花袋里

16.烤箱预热山下火175度

17.将面糊倒入纸杯中,大概8分满,震几下去掉里面气泡。

18.放入中层烘烤,30分钟,直到表面金黄,用牙签扎后无粘液即可

小窍门&温馨提示
这是一款适合新手做的纸杯蛋糕,个人觉得用心根据每个步骤做到位,如果量少可以翻倍加量来做就可以了。
我这是用ACA 38L 的烤箱,温度很稳定。大家可以也来试试
